Ham
carpaccio
Time required for marinating: approx. 1
hour Preparation time: approx. 15 min
250g sliced Parma ham 2 red onions 2 tbsp
grated horseradish 50g grated Parmesan black pepper 4 tbsp
lemon juice 1 bunch of radishes 1 small carton of
cress
Arrange the ham on a large serving dish. Slice
the onion into thin rings and place on the ham. Scatter with
horseradish, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice
and leave to marinate in a cool place for approx. 1 hour. Cut
radish into thin slices, pick the cress and arrange both in small
mounds on the serving dish.
Serve with: French bread and
butter.
