Abraham Westphalian smoked ham with broad beans

(4 portions)

150g Abraham Westphalian smoked ham, diced
500g deep frozen broad beans, thawed
1 tsp sunflower oil
1 heaped tbsp wheat flour
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp white wine
(to your liking)
3 tbsp coffee cream
1 heaped tbsp finely chopped fresh
or
1 tsp dried savoury

Bring 0,3 l of water to boil in a saucepan, add the stock and leave to simmer for around 5 minutes. Pour the beans through a colander and keep the liquid. Heat the oil in a saucepan and braise the smoked ham for 1 minute at a low heat. Add the flour and continue to braise for 1 minute, stirring continuously. Leave to simmer for 2 minutes and season with pepper. Add white wine, coffee cream and 200 ml of the liquid from the beans and briefly bring the sauce back to the boil. Stir the cooked beans into the sauce and heat. Serve sprinkled with savoury.

Bon appetit!
